Why can't YCM be loaded automatically
I'm configuring a vim environment with YCM.
I'm using the Vundle to manage the vim plugins and here is my .vimrc:
set nocompatible
filetype off
set rtp+=~/.vim/bundle/Vundle.vim
call vundle#begin()
