Is it possible to save/restore just window layout (no buffers etc.)?
Currently I'm using Vim sessions to restore my window layout, but this approach also restores buffers, which I'd prefer to be closed on startup.
Is there a way to do something like:

Reflow text files in a two-colum layout
Is it possible to reformat/reflow text files into two-column layouts (as in some newspapers)? I can do that in Word, but I'd rather do it in vim.
