i installed neovim from Chocolatey. When executing it in Windows Terminal, PowerShell or Fluent Terminal, the screen remains empty as seen in the first image. But when I do the command :q to exit, if neovim is shown, as you see in the second image.

I had the same problem with WSL Ubuntu 18.04 but I was able to fix it with the command: export TERM = xterm-color.

I have a Windows 10 LTSC 2019 in its latest version.

    Sounds like the terminfo needed to draw in the terminal and use the alternate screen is incorrect. Not sure how to set that up properly for Windows Terminal, though.
