If you add wincmd p the focus will move to the other window. If you hit <C-w>r or run :wincmd r you will swap the two windows.

I have also enrich the solution to address the adaptation you would like to have to the solution. For the color schema of the diff that is another subject :-) There are special highlighting groups used by the diff (DiffAdd, DiffChange, DiffDelete, DiffText).

How to swap left and right sides? How to specify register with clipboard buffer? Now "" or "0 is used, but I want to set "+ or "*. Is it possible to change color schema for diff result?

Could be but to make sure the number of the line :1put + and keep the silent 0d_ works better for me. On Windows the clipboard is either " or * with set unnamed. Why do you prefer + over "?
